Data and purposes

AI Transformation uses the data you provide to reply to contacts and evaluate applications. In Contact, the form data (name, e-mail, optional phone and message) is stored in the website database for follow-up and e-mailed to our team through the Amazon SES service; the reply goes to the e-mail you provide. In Careers, we collect name, e-mail, optional phone, position, language, resume in PDF and the consent record to evaluate your application.

Resumes and access

Applications and resumes are stored in the site's database. The resume is not published in the media library nor made available through a public link. The team authenticated in the admin panel can review the records and download the files. We do not sell application data.

Technical services and preferences

Hosting and the database run on infrastructure services that process data to keep the site available. Technical logs may include IP address and browser information for operation and security. The site uses cookies to remember your language and, in the admin area, to keep you signed in. External links lead to services with their own policies.

Cookies and audience measurement

Besides the necessary cookies (chosen language and, in the admin area, authentication), the site uses Google Tag Manager to load two measurement tools: Google Analytics 4, which records pages visited, traffic source, device, browser, approximate region, terms searched on the site and interactions such as clicks on "Ask an AI" and the contact form submission; and Microsoft Clarity, which produces heatmaps and session recordings with masking of the data typed into forms. These tools use cookies and identifiers to tell visitors and sessions apart; Google and Microsoft process the data under their own policies. We use this information only to understand how the site is used and to improve content and navigation, never combined with your name or e-mail. Google Analytics cookies last up to 2 years and Clarity cookies up to 1 year; reports are kept for the period configured in each tool (up to 14 months in Google Analytics). The site also uses Web Analytics for aggregate visit statistics, without cookies and without identifying the visitor.

How to refuse measurement

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, browse in a private window or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). The site keeps working without measurement cookies. Questions or requests about this data: contato@aitransformation.com.br.

Retention and your rights

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle them. We keep application data while the application is being evaluated and for as long as it is needed for that purpose or for applicable obligations. You may request information about the processing, access, correction, withdrawal of consent and deletion, subject to the legal grounds for retention. To exercise your rights, write to contato@aitransformation.com.br. Do not send sensitive data that is not necessary for the professional evaluation.
